This is a super rare head from WEM. I’ve never seen one before and can’t find any info about it either on-line or in any of the WEM documentation I have. The circuit front end is the same as a 1960 Dominator  but the output splitter and output section is the same as a 1964 Dominator. This leads to the conclusion that it dates from the early 1960s and has a 15 watt output. The casing is plywood with a leather effect covering and there is a shoulder strap for carrying plus a compartment with a drop-down lid at the back for storing the mains cable. Mains connection is via a round Bulgin socket on the side with a speaker connection just above it.
